Two creeks landscaping terms of service

Two Creeks Landscaping provides landscaping, tree services, land clearing, mowing, trimming, firewood sales, and related outdoor services. All services are performed based on site conditions, access, and scope of work agreed upon at the time of service.

 All estimates are based on a visual inspection and information available at the time of quoting. Prices may change if:

• Site conditions differ from what was observed

• Additional labor or equipment is required

• Hidden obstacles or safety concerns arise

Any changes will be discussed with the customer before work continues.

 Service dates are subject to weather, ground conditions, equipment availability, and safety considerations. Two Creeks Landscaping reserves the right to reschedule services when conditions are unsafe or could negatively impact the quality of work.

 The customer is responsible for:

• Providing clear access to the work area

• Marking or identifying underground utilities (including private lines)

• Securing pets and personal property

Two Creeks Landscaping is not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities, underground lines, or hidden obstacles.

 Tree trimming, removal, and land clearing involve inherent risks. While we take every precaution to perform work safely and professionally, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing tree conditions or structural weaknesses

• Natural shifting or falling of trees after service

• Damage caused by hidden decay, root systems, or weather events

Results may vary based on tree health, soil conditions, and environmental factors.

 Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to service. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to remit payment may result in additional fees or legal collection actions.

 Two Creeks Landscaping may take photos or videos of completed work for documentation or marketing purposes. These images will not include personal identifying information without permission.

 Two Creeks Landscaping is fully insured for services performed. Liability is limited to the scope of work outlined in the agreed service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 Cancellations must be made within a reasonable timeframe. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service or trip fee depending on scheduling and equipment allocation.
